Innovation, tradition, pleasure and exchange in the fields of gastronomy and airline catering – all make up the vocation of the Toques du Ciel. A vocation developed by the Association Toques du Ciel which offers its members, in addition to their daily profession, an opportunity to share a passion, that of international values in the art of cooking.
A very active association
Created in 1998, today the Toques du Ciel bring together the 200 Servair chefs as well as a score of chefs brought on board from all over the world over the year. Indeed, in order to remain at the top of their art and to create the necessary conditions to enrich their know-how, the association regularly participates in events.
A meeting of youth and world cooking
The Toques du Ciel has woven ties with many schools in order to raise awareness in young people and to transmit their knowledge. They embody their various activities with a slant towards knowledge, respect and sharing world cooking – so appreciated in air travel and to passengers.
