Goal: developing competences
To constantly aim for excellence in its products and services, Servair invests in human resources to promote the development and the professional progression of its teams. For example, 2% of its salary costs is devoted each year to professional training compared to an average 0.9% in France. With this same spirit, Servair has set up a policy for the career management that goes for example from relations with hotel or engineering schools to internal mobility to employment of senior citizens.
Aeroform, a training reference
In Paris, to meet a strong demand for specialized training related to the specifics of airport assistance (safety, security, handicaps), Servair has opened a training center: Aeroform. By acquiring expertize in training Servair and its subsidiaries’ staff, Aeroform is now able to offer training to external customers in France, and in foreign countries.
A policy on handicaps
Acceptance, integration and access to the workplace, equipment at the workstation, professional development and tailored training, or simply helping with the handicap, these are the missions that Servair has included in the framework of its handicap policy. By supporting regular exchanges between employees, company doctors, social workers, the ergonomics of the company and companies specialized in the placement and integration of working handicapped, Servair has set up a civil approach vis-à-vis the handicapped.
