of SERVAIR dedicated to the production of cooked dishes at the service
of all the airlines and restaurant services for travellers. CPA also supplies
several of SERVAIR’s catering units which assemble these pre-prepared
elements onto trays of meals. CPA benefits from a full, constantly changing
and responsive industrial tool to implement the production processes which
are the most appropriate for its customers’ requirements, in terms
of lead-times, quantities, finishing, preserving and conditioning:- Traditional
cooking, vacuum packed or continuous for the cooked dishes;- Continuous
dosing, assembly and weighing;- Preserving by pasteurisation and deep
freezing- Products with a “D.L.C.” (“eat by” date)
of 5 to 21 days and a D.L.U.O (“best before” date) of 6 to
12 months;- Delivery of small or large batches (from 1,000 to over 100,000
