As such, Servair employs over 40 experts in hygiene, quality and microbiology and more than 50,000 quality controls are carried out each year in the COFRAC-certified laboratory.

Performance also means staying on the edge of new technologies. Servair uses an expert information system, Géode, making it possible to adjust and optimize workloads in real-time.

As well, with the Traçafood computer system, Servair knows the precise traceability of all products used, transformed and finally delivered on-board.
