These activities include a whole range of services offered to airlines at airports. The mast majority of these services are performed on the tarmac, at the foot of the airplane before takeoff or after landing. Through its subsidiaries SKY LOGISTIC in Lyon and ACSAIR in Paris, ACNA handles all ramp assistance operations for thirty companies, with particular emphasis on towing and pushing out airplanes, arrivals and departures with earphones, handling of loose baggage or baggage in containers, power supply, etc. Combining human skills with available equipment, ramp assistance is a body of specific activities in which safety and security rules for people and materials must be strictly adhered to.
