these services comply with the specifications of each customer.These units
respect the industrial procedure known as “forward march”.

of meals must never go backwards in the manufacturing chain thereby guaranteeing
total compliance with the rules of hygiene and cleanliness.To adapt to
customers’ requests, SERVAIR makes use of chefs specialising in
the gastronomy of their original countries. So French chefs rub shoulders
with Japanese, Chinese, Korean or Indian chefs… SERVAIR proves that

dedicated to specific offers (business flights, official flights, charter
meals, kosher or vegetarian meals,…), more than 110,000 tray meals
produced every day (just on its Parisian platforms), more than 1,000 menus,

passengers. The constraints proper to in-flight restaurant services (degree
